Bugfixes on the Preset Editor interface #58

"Add Group" and "And Preset" are always visible on the editor. Fixed a bug, where "Move Up" remained active when the preset list was empty.

This was the result of a quick hacking session, I am planning a more thorough revamp of the editor in the future.
