During reviewing GREEN BOF Charter Refining discussion slides ( https://github.com/marisolpalmero/GREEN-bof/blob/main/Meetings/Meeting_0813_2024/GREEN%20BOF%20Charter%20Refining%20discussion-2024-8-11.pdf) It was agreed that

  1. all IP network included, operator and enterprise
  2. all IP enabled device including network device and IP enabled host should be in the scope.
