What need to be standardized in the framework

• FWIW, in the charter the framework text talks a lot about what it does (collect, etc.) but less about what’s being standardized. A device doing things using standard YANG and other interfaces doesn’t need to be standardized, but is there an architectural model being provided as an example for vendors? Or meta/source/collector data as in draft-lindblad? Or something else?
