Metadata format issue raised in https://github.com/marisolpalmero/GREEN-bof/blob/main/Meetings/Meeting_0813_2024/GREEN%20BOF%20Charter%20Refining%20discussion-2024-8-11.pdf was reviewed in the GREEN Charter refine discussion meeting. It was agree that the external interface of controller such as south bound interface, north bound interface of controller is in the scope while the internal interface or component within the controller is not in the scope.
