[Feature request] Remember video formats #40

Decky Recorder is always set to *.MP4 by default, no matter what setting you changed prior to you rebooting your Steam Deck.

It would be great to have Decky Recorder remember your last set format for the next time you activate Replay Mode.

Currently work in progress and will be merged into the main branch once the refactoring is done

A lot of folks have trouble with their recordings just disappearing when using MP4, and are able to workaround it by saving to Matroska instead. I have no issues at all when I use Matroska. Can we consider switching the default to that in the meantime?

If folks really need MP4, there are a lot of utilities that can remux it losslessly.

Matroska is now the default and settings are now saved.
