Update Frontend Lib + Refactor Setup and README

Hi, I hope this PR finds you well. This is my first PR in public repo ever so forgive me if I made mistakes here and there.

This PR is just a little bit of maintenance for several little things:

• Update the Frontend Lib -> Fix Recorder not working on the SteamOS Beta Channel
• Add env.sample file
• modify Makefile to use env.sample as the reference when initiating .env
• modify README in the Building section as it is seems not relevant anymore.
