This PR contains the following changes:

Upgraded to Java 17
Set the default database system to PostgreSQL
Make it possible to still use other DBs, such as MariaDB and MySQL, by providing the JDBC connector yourself
Upgraded to Spring Boot 2.6.6
Various refactorings to avoid circular dependency injections
Upgraded to Keycloak 16.1.1
Various other dependency upgrades
Various code clean up
