The empty string can be registered as a keyword, but not removed in the portal #59

Somehow I managed to register the empty string as keyword. But the UI will not allow me to delete it. (Nothing happens when I press X).

The MRN is urn:mrn:mcp:service:mcc:dma:s124-test https://management.maritimeconnectivity.net/pages/sr/instances/38?name=DMA%20s124%20Test%20Server

I don't think the empty string should be a valid keyword

I have created an identical issue referring to this one for the portal here https://github.com/maritimeconnectivity/ManagementPortal/issues/130 as I think it is relevant both places
