Complete translation (web/app interfaces) for catalan & spanish #456

I've duplicated and translated (to catalan and to spanish) the files:

/src/l10n/de.js
/src/l10n/de.json
/src/l10n/apps/de.json
/src/l10n/backups/de.json
/src/l10n/settings/de.json
/src/l10n/tutorial/de.json

I think that all those files include the texts needed for web interface and for android app. Please tell me if i'm wrong or if i missed any other file to be translated.

Note: I've enjoyed (as usual) translating all this nextcloud app... and i realised that it is more completed than i suspected in a first view as user. Sincerely thanks for this great piece of software. Take in account with me for maintain this project. I'm also LAMP developer. Cheers.
