Auto detect disabled expansions #132

When IA detects writes to files such as transfer.bst and transfer.cst (or transfer.gst), it should auto detect and update the "mod" filter. This should hopefully solve the issue with users mistakenly leaving it on "No AOM" and similar, then not being able to find their items in-game when re-enabling expansions.
