Make sure IA refreshes when looting items (at least when newly installed) #59

When newly installed, IA seemingly doesn't refresh items when looting them from the stash.

  1. IA loots items
  2. User checks IA
  3. IA has not refreshed
  4. User freaks out

IA should just refresh the UI for such cases. Perhaps not when the user has more than N items, but for < N items, just refresh.

Should balance user experience and performance.

Just too much of a pain to keep track of, and annoying to users with a lot of items.
