Add "Getting started" for dummies #80

It took me some time to understand what should I do after I install IA. Probably some easy "getting started" would be really nice, maybe like this:

  1. Install IA
  2. Run IA, make sure game is detected correctly in "Database/Mods" tab.
  3. Click "Load database"
  4. Run GD.
  5. Make sure you have all shared stashes bought and unlocked
  6. Put the item to the last shared stash tab
  7. Close stash, walk a bit from the smuggler
  8. Return, make sure item disappeared from the stash - it was successfully deposited in IA
  9. Minimize the game, check items in IA

This one will have to rely on community support. While I would like to see IA have a guided tutorial upon starting it, it's quite high maintenance as IA functionality changes over time.
