Please tag a release? #17

Simply would make packaging easier to have a release instead of a git hash.

Please provide us a release, even alpha/beta.

Consider as well that the first commit mentions a version number, 1.07, so obviously someone tagged releases. Can we get more please?

trickle is great useful software, however debian package has been orphaned for a while. i'd love to get it in shape, but upstream would require to process issues and patches, and tag releases...
