Configure the diy-hue without any hue lights. #459

Hey Guys,

ive installed the diy-hue and my iphone found the bridge in the hue app. my target is to control 433Mhz devices to you (and harmony).

How can i set the Bridge as "installed and configured" or adding my 433Mhz Config manually?
