Restructure header to include login #152

The new header will contain 2 columns as follows:

Column 1 (left): Site name with home icon
Column 2 (right):
- Knowledge base this will be a drop down with a caron emphasizing this, and will include: About, Legal and any further pages
- Ladder
- Sign In (maybe style this as button?)
- Sign Up (maybe style this as button?)
- Donate

Rehearse responsive design patterns

Check the following list of sites for their header layout both on small, medium and large screens:

Github
Iccup
Gosugamers
Twitch
Surf thorugh alexa top gaming sites and top interactive sites to see what their headers contain.

Check that all links have correct address destinations.
