Pull contributing guidelines in a separate markdown #83

The contribution part should be pulled out of the main README.md and at max it should have a reference to it (from within the README.md). This will play better with how github works: it will suggest reading the contributions when one wants to submit an issue or a pull request, etc.

To adhere better to community standards.
