StarlimsVSCode changes:

Added language selection after adding forms
Added missing refreshs of checkout tree

Improved FormDesigner:

added SplitContainer support
fixed TabControl SelectedPage
fixed DOCK property
fixed selection frame display
fixed several minor bugs

01/22/2024:

added Anchor selector dialog
fixed event handling: Parses code behind for event functions to populate combobox.

FormDesigner is now able to load and save more complex forms. But it's still neither bug free nor feature complete, so use it with caution!
