Add compatibility with Neo4j 3.5 and 4.x (which are the only currently supported versions)

driver update and related API changes (previous driver was not compatible with deprecated
change HTTP URL format
change cypher query parameter format
add unit and integration tests

The changes have been tested with Graylog 2.5, Neo4j 3.5 and 4.2, see README for a description on how to test
