Silhouette Studio install hangup #386

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Attempt to install Silhouette Studio
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is a full install.  Instead, when software is supposed to 
install, it hangs up and does nothing.  Have to Force Quit

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wine 2.21
Ubuntu 13.10

silhouette-studio_v2.8.16.exe

Please provide any additional information below.

This has nothing to do with winetricks. If a program doesn't work with wine, 
file a bug with wine.
