This both makes it easier to track updates to the GH/Rhinocommon SDK and means that building doesn't rely on a fixed assumption of relative paths.
Note: this targets the latest version of Rhino 6. If necessary the versions can be downgraded to target Rhino 5 / Grasshopper <1.0
