commercial distribution still limitted #17

The following two files still contain the limitting with the exception that it cannot be placed on a CD-ROM or similar media for commercial distribution without the prior approval of the author.

I know I could remove that myself, but I don't feel like having the authority to change the distribution terms of something somebody else wrote :)

Well one file is generated and the other one is the list of keyword from firebird as discussed before the license was copy pasted wrongly (i mean it was from oracle driver header) and it was made so it prohibit selling oracle cds with their perl driver but we don't sell oracle :) and we want to be open source in spirit and not in the letter

"The DBD::Oracle module is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself with the exception that it cannot be placed on a CD-ROM or similar media for commercial distribution without the prior approval of the author unless the CD-ROM contains only Open Source software (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/index.php) or is primarily a copy of the majority of the CPAN archive."

So in the spirit of open source i have asked the authors and seems that one doesn't respond and we can say it will never will (after at least of one year of no response/bug fix/changelog) but the main license of the driver is standard Perl one and we can assume that it was only wrong copy pasting on the other files So i will by the power and spirit of open source community remove the wrong restriction and unlock the source to the debian and ubuntu,mageia CDROMS/DVDROMS/BLURAYS :)
