Create an option for Canvas to use standard Cartesian coordinates. Use the
same conventions as Scratch. Also add some ability to scale the canvas.
This might require some cleverness in dealing with animation to minimize the
number of coordinate transforms.
Also think about the implications of this if we even want to use Open GL.
