Can't download from Rubygems #2

I can't run 'gem install'. Oddly, the suggested alternative is the correct gem name.

$ gem install craigslist_scraper
ERROR:  Could not find a valid gem 'craigslist_scraper' (>= 0) in any repository
ERROR:  Possible alternatives: craigslist_scraper

try this gem install craigslist_scraper --pre
