19 Feature Request: Support HttpHeaders in Server Configuration

Added support for header credentials
- header credentials must be place under settings->servers->server->configuration->httpHeaders->property in the settings.xml
- basic authentication is preferred if both basic auth credential and http header credential types are provided.
Maven dependency versions updated to 3.6.3
Updated Gradle wrapper to 6.1.1 (support for Java 11)
Build-scan plugin deprecated in Gradle 6 in favor of gradle.enterprise plugin. This has been transitioned.
Updated build config and settings files to Kotlin
Updated readme to reflect supported credential types

@mark-vieira, is there any update on this PR? Support for httpHeaders would be great for Gitlab package registries.
