Sequence of the Items in the list reorder randomly

If you set up a list to track time for, the list reorders itself gradually
and does so randomly. So suppose you have a list such as:

General Motors
Ford
Nissan
Toyota
Saab
Dodge

If you use this for awhile, you will find upon opening the list that it
becomes:

General Motors
Toyota
Nissan
Ford
Saab
Dodge

If you wait a little longer, it reorders again.

I am using the version I downloaded about a week ago. Running the newest
Firefox.

This is a problem for me. I started with the Google gadget and was very 
frustrated 
because I was wasting so much time trying to find the activity I needed. When I 
saw 
that there was a newer version available I was excited and quickly abandoned 
the 
gadget in favor of the online version.  I had printed out my categories from 
the 
gadget and then painstakingly alphabetized them. When I entered the tasks in 
alphabetical order in the new version the program continued to change the order 
of 
my list.  I would drop and drag things back into place only to have it do it 
again 
and again and again.  Then I tried to be clever and tried getting everything in 
order then logging off. When I logged back on they were all screwy again.  Next 
I 
tried rearranging them and then going to the menu and selected refresh.  It 
just put 
them in a different order again. 
 Right now I have them set up so that they are close enough to find if you 
concentrate hard, for example part of my list reads as follows: AUM, 
Advertising, 
Calls - Applicant, Calls-Misc, Calls - Princeton, Calls- Vendor, Checkbook 
Accounting, Check Email, Cleaning, Budget Review, Calls - Employee, 
Calls-Residents, 
Craigslist Ads (again - they were entered alphabetically to begin with and I 
have 
attempted to fix it at least 10 times before I gave up).

It would be great if you could fix this. Right now I categorized things to make 
it 
somewhat easier to find. I have also combined multiple tasks so there is less 
to 
scroll through - I have been using the notes field to try and break out the 
combos 
(again more time consuming) and I have eliminated (hidden) some that I don't 
use on 
a daily basis.  I would like to be able to set it up to actually meet my needs.
