View Time Range does not honor the time I provide

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on "View Log" for any activity from Activity Tracker Plus.
2. In the log screen, select the appropriate time range you want displayed
under "View Different Date Range"
3. You will notice that the from date is subtracted by 1 day and the to
date is subtracted by 1 day before displaying.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The exact date range that is specified should be shown. The from and to
date are subtracted by 1 day before displaying.

Following is the workaround:

If you need the log between 10th June 2009 and 14th June 2009, then specify the 
from
as "11th June 2009" and the to as "15th June 2009"

The real issue is the timezone. If you are on a timezone A but view the logs in
timezone B, then this problem will happen.
