The from time in view log keeps decrementing everytime i click submit #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on "View Log" for any activity from Activity Tracker Plus.
2. In the log screen, select the appropriate time range you want displayed
under "View Different Date Range"
3. You will notice that after you click submit, the from date decreases by
1 day.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The date should not decrease and should remain the same until changed manually.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Will not let me look at a single day. for example if i enter from 28 JUL 09 to 
28 
JUL 09, the 'from' date will decrease by one when I hit submit.
