Window size in Options view to large and no scrolling

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "View" then "Options"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The window resizes, even when maximized, and goes off the bottom of the screen.
There is no scroll bar or any other way to scroll up or down on the options 
window, tried mouse wheel also.

Resizing the window doesn't work either.

For example in "LiteEditor" the last thing I see is "Display" so I know there 
is more below but I can't get to it.

I read the other issue where it was suggested to close AST / all views.
I have the same issue also, and the workaround suggested works but not when 
displaying the options window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

    LiteIDE Version: X12 - 1.875
    OS: Debian amd64 testing
