Make it more clear to less experienced players and users that clicking cards marks them as cards to discard and does not mark them as cards to keep. #171

This is likely the more user friendly option for most users. Can possibly also add the more experienced player and user option to have all cards selected immediately after deal as a part of this Issue or a future Issue.

Won't do this in MVP. Added to MLP for reconsideration at that time.
