Woodpecker cnc 3018 #1

Can anyone please help when machining on my cnc 3018 it does not cut to the correct size I created in Artcam Pro I have tried everything I know but can't get it to cut the right size, I am using Grbl controller that came with machine and it is cutting to small, also I get an Error code T1M6 can't find out what this is.

Did you try changing the units from mm to in ??
