Remove default theme images

Remove all background and icon images and replace with CSS equivalents where possible.

• Removes unnecessary files that are likely never used from the directory
• Decrease download times
• Move the theme towards more of a 'white canvas' rather than a duplication of the default theme encouraging new designs.
• Customisations are much easier/quicker in CSS rather than replacing images.
