Include Glyphicons #6

Replace current image icons with Glyphicons where appropriate.

I second this! I recently worked on a project for presta where we used glyphicons, and have a sass file that adds the icons as backgrounds if anyone want it.

All the icons in the free version is in the file, only need to fix the mixin names.
