Cannot record projected transaction created by weekly transaction #2

Causes app to freeze when attempting to record projection created by a weekly transaction. Works when recording a monthly projection.

*currently the record button is disconnected from the method in question

Found problem: missing incrementing of index while searching for excusing record. I don't think i attempted to record more than one monthly occurring transaction; which is why i only saw it with weekly transactions.
