Improvements(After NewsContext updates)

[x] You should fetch news with q as a search parameter(https://newsapi.org/docs)
[x] #5
[x] Sync search params with input field. eg. search?query=something should automatically fill input with something and correct results will be shown

It's done. I accidentally deleted the second point because I wanted to leave a comment and I deleted the whole point. The point was I don't need to add a state for fetched news but I couldn't find the solution for that so I added a state :D
