Add Threadripper as a separate category #41

As suggested in previous pull request, Threadripper is now a subcategory of the Ryzen platform

I tested this on a locally deployed specdb and it seemed okay, but if you see any issues, please let me know.

I'll take a look in a bit. The problem is it was sperate before but markasoftware wanted it under the ryzen tab. So you'll ahve to convince him about it.

It's under Ryzen tab - just "Threadripper" category. It makes sense because the CPU is called "Ryzen Threadripper". Still, up to you/him. I think it makes more sense this way, if we're separating EPYC as well.
