Patch for module views_bootstrap has been committed to dev and is no longer necessary. #40

Patch for issue https://www.drupal.org/node/2462305 has been merged into the dev version of https://www.drupal.org/project/views_bootstrap as of February 16 2017.

This generates two errors when installing via composer and views_bootstrap is not installed:

Patches already gathered. Skipping
  - Installing drupal/views_bootstrap (dev-3.x b34caf9)
    Cloning b34caf9ede249c2a9c90ee5dfb8a9020f5048858 from cache

  - Applying patches for drupal/views_bootstrap
    https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/views_bootstrap-port_grid_plugin_to_d8-2462305-25.patch (Port grid plugin to D8)
   Could not apply patch! Skipping. The error was: Cannot apply patch https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/views_bootstrap-port_grid_plugin_to_d8-2462305-25.patch

and

Writing lock file
Generating autoload files
Gathering patches for root package.
Removing package drupal/views_bootstrap so that it can be re-installed and re-patched.
Deleting web/modules/contrib/views_bootstrap - deleted
