Installation breaks when importing default content #74

Since updating to 8.6, the drush installer fails activating default content and importing page content:

In ContentEntityNormalizer.php line 235:

  [Symfony\Component\Serializer\Exception\UnexpectedValueException]                          
  Type http://drupal.org/rest/type/node/page does not correspond to an entity on this site.

This has been fixed with https://github.com/markaspot/markaspot/commit/cda3a660da31b352a7dc885a230d5e7bf7a4d970
