Python-autopep8 close Atom #9

I installed python-autopep8, but when I execute ctrl+s or ctrl+alt+s to correct pep8 it close Atom. When I reopen my file it was correct, but always I use keyboard shortcut Atom close.

OS: Windows 10 64x Atom: 1.18.0 64x

Try opening "resolve key bindings" with the command palette. This will tell you if these shortcuts are bound to closing Atom by some package. If not, see if this is an issue with your version of Windows; does it happen in another application?
