Solution of issue #55 #58

The cause of issue #55 is that "open" command doesn't work on Linux platform. I added "/etc/alternatives/x-www-browser" for Ubuntu(and maybe some other platforms) and "start" and "cygstart" for Windows platform.

Thanks! It's pulled in and in the 1.1.2 gem.

I know this is old but this commit generates an error on Fedora 16

There is no file /etc/alternatives/x-www-browser

Before launching, it would be a good idea to verify existence of it.
