If '$user $singlewordverbs $botname', respond with '$botname $singlewordverbs $user'.

(This feature is mainly to make zooko laugh the first time he does it on tahoe-bot :-p .)

Hmm, I meant 'tahoe-bot' in the ticket description to be whatever the tally instance's name is. It should be an optional feature that is disabled by default, probably, though.
