scrolltable always space for scrollbar #353

The Scrolltable always reserves space for the scrollbar, even if there is
no scrolling at that moment. In hosted mode this works well, the table
takes up all the available space.  In web there is a white space for the
scrollbar. 

What version of gwt and gwt-incubator are you using?
2.0.1

What OS and browser are you using?
Both IE an Firefox

Do you see this error in hosted mode, web mode, or both?
Only web.  In hosted mode, the grid uses the entire available space.
