Listen, a thought came to me here a week ago to create a bot in Telegram. You push a button, and he sends you a photo. I had to download files to my server, but this is not very convenient. If you can make it download them and do not need to store files on the server, then I can give you the source. You can try it: @ImgurSaveBot. Only he is in Russian, so the translator is in your hands.
