Great stuff :-)

Please add to http://data.okfn.org/tools (just hit "improve the page" and edit away).

Also, the idea of really lightweight APIs around Data Packages seems neat - worth opening a discussion thread in https://discuss.okfn.org/c/open-knowledge-labs/data-packages ... (?)
