allow `b` for paging backwards #2

I'm not sure how to update the help for the b key change

I saw your 0.3 release and already updated to it. Can you drop that from this PR.

The help is just raw console code text in src/help.txt (and the info is disappointingly duplicated in README.md and doc/sp.1.txt.tpl).

Can probably change the help text (in all 3 places) to say:
