I don't have Windows 7 x64 installed.
Did it work before?
What version of FI are you using?
Are there any errors in the Tools->Error Console? Enable
"javascript.options.showInConsole" and "devtools.errorconsole.enabled" in
about:config. Just enter "about:config" in the location bar, create these
options and set them to true. If there are any errors in the error console copy
& paste them here.
I removed FI from the add-on bar because I don't use it. I have added a tool
bar button for FI. Right click on the tool bar and click "Customize...". Then
drag & drop the FI button somewhere on the tool bar.

Sorry, I don't know why it doesn't work. Did it work before with another
version of Fx?

I have the same problem, but I have WinXP (32bit). Everything worked perfectly
few days without any problems, but one day the message started to show up.
The funny thing is that it does show the furigana.
I'm using Firefox 4.0 beta 12, dictionary for furigana inserter 1.2, furigana
inserter 2.0.8, html ruby 6.22.3 and raikachan 2.01 (with names and english
dictionary).
I'll try to reinstall everything...
I also added the list of keywords_en, downloaded from the download tab.

I've just installed mecab and the warning stopped showing up.

It started again. I can't figure out why. I restarted firefox a few times
without the error but now it showed up again.
Sorry to bump this again.

Will test under Windows XP later. Can you copy & paste the error message here?
Can you test FI 2.0.7? Maybe this bug was introduced in 2.0.8.
Are there any error messages in the error console? See above about the error
console in Fx 4.

Ok, this is weird. The error message only shows when I start firefox without
parameters and with the default homepage (about:home). If for example I start
it by clicking on a link from another program or by entering the URL in the
windows command console (cmd) it does not say anything, and if the homepage is
another (google or something) it does not appear too.
The error is the same that eustachy...@gmail.com said:
Furigana Inserter: Couldn't find the dictionary. Please either install the
dictionary add-on for Firefox from the Furigana Inserter home page or install
MeCab with UTF-8 dictionary from http://mecab.sf.net/src
MeCab error message: Utilities.getMeCab() is null
I think that there is nothing related to the extension in the error console. I
post the ones I don't know:
Error: Components.classes['@mozilla.org/extensions/manager;1'] is undefined
Archivo de origen: chrome://jqs/content/overlay.js
Línea: 9
(Maybe this one is from Java Quick Starter)
Error: uncaught exception: TypeError:
window.wrappedJSObject.navigator.__defineGetter__ is not a function
(That one its there lots of times, but I think it's not related)
The rest of the errors/warnings are obviously not related (personas and such).
If it's very difficult to fix or something I'd just change the homepage, but
I'd prefer to keep it this way. And thanks for the help.

So if I understand you correctly, the message only shows on startup and FI
works correctly otherwise?
Do you have the option "Insert automatically into every page" enabled?
This bug has probably to do with the new asynchronous Addon Manager API. I am
not sure what to do about it.

You mean "Process every page automatically"? Yes, I have it checked.
And yes, it works correctly, it is just a bit annoying the message on startup.
However never mind, I'll just change my homepage and hope that the problem does
not show up again.
Thanks for the help.

I have the same error.
The error message, whose screen shot is attached, pops up every time I open a
random web page or refresh the current one.
Versions
=======
Furigana Inserter: 2.0.13
HTML Ruby Version: 6.22.3
Dictionary for Furigana Inserter: 1.2
Mecab: 0.993/Windows
Operating System: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate SP1, Up-to-date
Could there be mistake in MeCab installations? I have just installed it in a
place under Program Files folder. Was that enough, or should have I made some
other configuration too?

Thanks for the bug report. Is the option "Process every page automatically"
enabled? If so then please disable it and the error should go away.
What is your Firefox version? Is it the 64-bit version. I have only tested FI
with the 32-bit version of Firefox.

Firefox version: 10.0.2 (I think it is 32-bit. It wasn't written in the "Help >
About" dialog box.
Yes, the option "Process every page automatically" was enabled, and I liked
that option very much... Disabling it made that persistent message box
disappear.
