Make it easier to know if settings are redirected #11

Presently Mainform doesn't tell the user which PicasaStarterSettings.xml file 
is selected. When picasa starter can use a shared settings file, I think the 
user should know which settings he will be using or modifying.

Suggest a textbox or label be added to Main form listing the path to the 
settings file.

Implemented in R23:
Added Textbox to mainform to display the path to the settings XML file.
Added indicator that displays "Shared" when non-default XML file is in use.
