Move Database and Backup setup to separate configuration menu #22

Since the Database setup and Backup setup configurations are both becoming more 
complicated, I think they might be better moved to an add/configure database 
screen.
This screen could be shown when a button replacing the "Add Database" and 
"Remove Database" buttons was pushed on the main screen. 
This would also take all the directory selection and browse settings off the 
main screen.
