Provide method to display database in use #33

Once Picasa is running, there does not seem to be any
way to check which database is in use. Maybe that is not a problem for
most users, but while I am setting things up, it is a real question
for me. Maybe there needs to be a right-click option on the task-bar
icon to allow a user to restore the PicasaStarter window manually.

That would be helpful, but I still think it would be good to be able to restore
the PicasaStarter window.
