I'm trying to assign an icon to a button I have created (A Photoshop Elements Icon). I took a screenshot of the icon and created a .PSD from it - guessed that Layer 1 should be the layer name, but it doesn't display the chosen icon when I launch Picasa. Does it have to be a specific size I wonder, or does this relate to the changes in 3.9 where they changed to tiny little grey icons I wonder?
