unable to queue files #168

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Program
2. Change the program to delete archive files
3. Add 2 .rar files to expand
4. Wait for first one to finish, second one will fail and app will crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Standard crash report from mac osx

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.1 on mac osx 10.5.7

Please provide any additional information below.
I love this program, but this bug is annoying me. sorry.

Likely an issue fixed in 2.0, try the beta version.
